The JCB G730QX diesel generator set is a high-capacity power-generation solution designed to deliver reliable, efficient, and consistent electrical power for large commercial, industrial, infrastructure, construction, data centre, rental, and standby applications. At 50 Hz, the G730QX provides a prime rating of 670 kVA (536 kW) and a standby rating of 738 kVA (590 kW), making it suitable for installations requiring substantial and dependable power capacity.

The G730QX forms part of JCB's QX fuel-optimised generator range, developed for demanding high-power applications. The published technical specification identifies Mitsubishi as the engine manufacturer. The generator operates at 1500 rpm and 50 Hz, providing 400/230 V three-phase output with a 0.8 power factor. The generator ratings are specified in accordance with ISO 8528 reference conditions.
